Q: How do I find more information regards the products you sell?

A: Each product have web sites, they are www.husqvarnaviking.com , www.brother.com , www.singerco.com.au  If you find more products on these site we would be able to order them in for you, please e-mail.

Q: How can I find out the amount that postage will cost?
A: Products are in different categories and each category has different postage charges. (Auto with shopping cart)  With sewing machines however, Australia Post only delivers up to 20 kg, and applies to Western Australia only. Other states of Australia costs more and need to quoted. If you prefer road transport please e-mail Bestways and we will work out the difference between shopping carts price and road transport price. Shopping cart is set at $30.00 for sewing machines.

Q: Can I insure my order?                                                                                                                                                                                                      Yes, the shopping cart has a provision which you can activate.                                                                                                                                      The cost is caculated at $1.15 per $100.00, up to $5000.00 Max

Q: Is credit card the only payment option?
A: No, you can also pay by cheque. Just add special instructions to your order saying that you will post Bestway a cheque and we will promptly send you an e-mail containing exact postage and purchase costs. You can also direct deposit into Bestway's account bsb 016499 acc number 493268557

Q: I don’t want to send my credit card details over the internet. Can I send them over the phone?
A: Yes you can, just simply place your order, then phone 08 9534 4142 during Perth business hours. 

Q: Are all orders final when I press the send button at the checkout?
A: NO, only orders with all personal details and credit card details submitted. We will send a confirmation e-mails for orders that have missing personal details, missing credit card details or specific special instructions. All orders that have been processed and posted, will also receive an “Order posted” e-mail. 

Q: I’m not sure if posting my purchases is safe.
A: All parcels and couriered items have to be signed for by the receiving party. All Australia POST registered parcels are insured for the full value of the item.
